La robe est dorée, brillante. Un nez frais et de fruits à chair blanche, et de fruits à noyaux se distinguent. En bouche, il surprend pour sa vivacité et sa liberté, très riche, gras, ample mais discret. Très versatile, pouvant accompagné des fruits de mers ou bien encore une viande blanche bien relevée, on peut tout aussi apprécier ce vin avec un fromage rustique et fort de caractère.
