Le premier nez est d’une combinaison aromatique très complexe : Fleurs d’acacia, litchi, ananas, citron, agrumes, tout ceci se complète à merveille, et évolue au fil de la dégustation, tel un vin vivant. Par la suite, le Viognier prend toute son expression, son intensité et sa finesse. En bouche, il est parfaitement équilibré, sa fraicheur lui donne une longue trame raffinée. La pureté du fruit, et son élégance naturelle, donne immédiatement envie d’en prendre un autre verre ! Voici l’accomplissement d’une cuvée gastronomique et festive à la fois.
