Vin blanc brillant, aux nuances jaune paille. Nez éclatant, floral, complexe (genêt dr’Espagne, écorce d’agrumes, curry). La bouche est dense, onctueuse, qui se caractérise par des sensations de fraicheur et de salinité. Déclinaison très nouvelle d’un cépage ancestral.
