Couleur violine, le nez complexe est sur des arômes de cerise, de pivoine et d’épices tirant légèrement sur l’animal. Un vin gourmand et souple qui tranche avec ses cousins du Sud. Une jolie structure et des tanins « resserrés » mais fins donnent une jolie dynamique sur la finale.
