Ce Vacqueyras rouge est muni d’une robe pourpre et aux reflets brillants. Le nez est profond et puissant. Des notes légèrement poivrées, des notes de garrigue se distingue dans cette aromatique longue et persistante. La bouche est pleine, structuré mais équilibré dense mais fine en même temps. Une fraicheur se dégage et donne envie d’y revenir aussitôt. L’expression délicate d’un terroir, soumis à rude épreuve par son climat. Conversion en agriculture biologique depuis 2021. Récolte 2024 certifiée.
