Un assemblage texturé, vif et calcaire de mourvèdre, syrah, grenache et carignan. Arômes de groseilles, d'herbes séchées, d'écorce, de mousse et de quelques galets. Il est moyennement corsé avec des tannins fins. Bien structuré et concentré, avec un centre de bouche vif et une finale savoureuse et compacte qui montre des herbes méditerranéennes. Issu de raisins cultivés biologiquement. À boire ou à garder.
