Un assemblage étonnant entre schistes pour le piquepoul et calcaire pour le sauvignon, cette alchimie fait naitre un vin d’une grande complexité aux accents exotiques, tout en fraicheur qui incite au partage. Le bouquet assemble des arômes de fruits de la passion, de noix de coco, de citron vert avec en fond des notes de tilleul.
