Une robe cristalline de couleur or pâle. Le nez développe des arômes de fleurs blanches épanouies (tilleul, d’agrumes (pulpe de pomelos). Au palais, une belle rondeur élégante, structurée par l’acidité, ce qui lui permet d’avoir un bon potentiel de garde. Légèrement miellé par son élevage sous bois, en demi- muid.
