Tasting notes

La robe est dense, rouge rubis aux reflets pourpres. Le nez s’ouvre rapidement et est très expressif (fruits noirs, tapenade, épices, laurier). Le corps est rond, chaleureux, plein et équilibré. Les tannins sont fondus et élégants. Le vin est généreux et trouve facilement sa place à table. Magret, confit de canard, plats en sauces…
