Tasting notes

Belle robe jaune très pâle aux reflets argentés brillants. Nous aimons dès le premier nez sa dimension nette, droite et minérale. Des notes de silex, de pomme verte, de citron vert, titillent les narines. Même sensation en bouche : la chair ciselée se nourrit de beaux amers digestes. Une pointe d'abricot et de gelée de coings en finale.
