Derrière une robe saumonée, très pâle, ce rosé est un véritable vin de gastronomie. Il dévoile un bouquet élégant et délicat, mêlant des notes fl orales de glaïeul et une touche subtile d’iris. Ample, la bouche est enrobée par un joli gras et soutenue par une trame fraîche et délicate. Beaucoup d’éclat pour ce rosé «de fourchette», à la fois intense et persistant.
