Robe d’un bel or pâle à refl ets brillants. Nez très fl atteur, alliant les arômes de pêche de vigne et de fl eurs blanches. La douceur de la craie et la fi nesse de fruits exotiques délicats tapissent agréablement le palais, avec une fi nale explosive sur une dominante de fruits blancs. L’élevage en jarres de grès confère au vin une remarquable minéralité et une texture saline.
