Une robe grenat brillante. Un nez de groseille, de cerise griotte et de cassis. Une bouche ample,soyeuse et fraîche. Le cassis est bien présent avec une note épicée. Une finale souple sur des notes de groseilles blanches. Un vin gourmand à déguster pendant 4-5 ans. Servir à 18°C ou légèrement rafraîchi en période estivale sur une cuisine méditerranéenne, des viandes rouges grillées, de la volaille…
