En hommage à Joseph Grégoire, premier des Lieubeau, recueilli sous le porche de l’Hôtel Dieu de Nantes en 1816, notre emblème est l’enfant au chapeau, symbole de l’histoire familiale et de la nature. La Folle Blanche est le cépage historique de Nantes. Planté au bord de l’Atlantique, intense, citronné, iodé et minéral, il est le compagnon naturel des huitres.
