L'éclat est une nouvelle cuvée de blanc avec deux cépages que nous affectionnons particulièrement : Chenin et Carignan Blanc. Elle est le résultat de notre recherche de tension et d'élégance subtile pour des repas raffinés. Vin gastronomique rafraîchissant avec un peu de texture pour soutenir son ambition.
