D ‘une robe jaune paille habillée de vert. Libèrent un bouquet assez fort, typé fleurs pierre à fusil, fruits jaunes mûrs ( mirabelle) et léger miel lorsqu’ils ont suffisamment évolué. Ils offrent en bouche une vivacité et surtout une nette minéralité que le temps amortit en révélant un bon moelleux.
