- Commentaire Guide Hachette 2025: Un assemblage très “nord rhodanien” avec ce duo Syrah-Viognier. Un joli rouge qui, après un long séjour de deux ans en cuve, a pris le temps de peaufiner son bouquet, fin et appétent, sur les fruits des bois, le champignon frais et la muscade. Un caractère aimable que l’on retrouve dans une bouche tendre, caressante et longue, bien servie par un fruité charnu et persistant et par des tanins veloutés. Une petite garde peut s’envisager, à condition de résister à cet ensemble déjà bien fondu et à point.
