Une co-fermentation de nos 7 variétés méditerranéennes : roussanne, marsanne, vermentino, clairette, bourboulenc, viognier et grenache blanc, élevées ensuite durant 1 année en demi-muis. Profil à l’équilibre entre le végétal – les herbes fraîches, le fenouil et les fruits tendres et acidulés. Une finale salivante, minérale, résultat de nos terroirs si particuliers en Pic saint Loup Un blanc signature dans notre région Sud - Méditerranée.
