Pour la cuvée Skhistos, nous vinifions et élevons pendant 9 mois, blanc et rouge en jarre de grès de forme ovoïde. Cette vinification originale a permis de préserver l'expression de la typicité de notre terroir de schistes d'altitude sur la fraîcheur, tout en exaltant les arômes et en favorisant la texture ronde et soyeuse. Gourmandise du raisin bien mûr, belle matière et ampleur. Un vin riche et velouté, a savourer très longuement......
