La cuvée Acutum est un vin très élégant, tout en finesse et en équilibre. Nez toasté aux arômes de cerises, d’olives, de fruits noirs et d’épices douces. Bouche pleine et élégante, aux notes de fruits, de moka et de cuir. Des tannins frais, marqueurs du terroir de grès apportent l’équilibre et la minéralité.
