Serment d'un terroir, un assemblage intime des cépages patrimoniaux emblématiques du Languedoc, éclatant d'arômes de fruits noirs soutenus par une structure tanique équilibrée. Le vin paysan comme le faisaient nos aïeux : le Carignan pour la structure, le Cinsault pour le jus, le Grenache pour le fruit et l'Aramon pour la fraîcheur... et quelques seaux d'Alicante pour la couleur ! ;-)
