Une expression éclatante de ce cépage, avec son zeste de citron vert et pomelo, rafraîchissant, se mêlant à un bouquet de jasmin et d'aubépine. Quelques notes fruitées de poire et d'ananas révèlent une douceur exquise. Sa bouche est désaltérante avec une pointe d'amertume en finale.
