La robe est soutenue aux reflets violets. Un nez intense, prenant appui sur des arômes de fruits noirs très mûrs, légèrement épicés, d’âtre de cheminée et de notes de poivron grillé. Ce vin est puissant, friand, riche. Sa concentration tannique est rendu gracieuse par la fraîcheur conservée et par le soyeux de ses très beaux tannins. Température de consommation : 18°C.
