Un vin qui se suffit à lui-même. A servir à l’apéritif sur quelques tapas, jambon ibérique et/ou croquettes. L’Amphore convient aussi accompagné d’une belle pièce de boeuf ou sur une côte de cochon. L’accord insolite : le côté cacao du grenache se marie très bien avec un fondant au chocolat. Faites-vous plaisir mais surtout partagez ça avec des ami.e.s, des copains, des copines.
