The Silvaner presents itself in a glass with vegetative fragrances of freshly cut grass with a hint of pear and apricot. A juicy and fruity opening with a smooth acidity and a balanced body turns into an alternating play of fruit and minerality on the palate. The wine has a clear, elegant structure. The acidity of Silvaner is pleasantly mild and the alcohol content moderate - without the wine losing ist character.
