The red wine is spicy and chocolaty (bitter chocolate) in smell, with moderate vegetative Cabernet nuances. On the palate it shows its ripe tannin structure and bite without becoming angular. With a little contact with the air, the wine opens up and becomes the ideal accompaniment for strong dishes.
