Each exhibitor has the exact same exhibition tools: a counter, two chairs, a spittoon, tasting glasses, ice and a display. It is a question of judging and comparing wines, and not exhibition techniques! All exhibitors are on an equal footing here to present their products.
Placement by country or French wine-growing region: in order to facilitate the visitors' tasting program, a new exhibition format will take place in 2026. Exhibitors from the same country or French wine-growing region will be placed in the same hall. Signage, digital tools (B2B appointment platform, list of exhibitors and app with a favourites system to plan your visit in advance) and reception staff are also on hand to guide you.
Most of the exhibitors are able to present news from the vintage of the year.
Prior to the fair, the organisers carry out a rigorous control of the compliance of the products exhibited with the legislation. They are all certified organic. Each exhibitor must provide copies of the certificates of conformity with the organic production method issued by an approved certification body.
Two biodynamic dedicated areas: in partnership with the biodynamic groups, SudVinBio also allows exhibitors who are members of Biodyvin or Demeter to exhibit in a dedicated area.
Organic wine-based drinks, beers, ciders and spirits are also accepted for tasting. A specific area is organised within the fair for these organic alcoholic beverages, with 3 dedicated universes: Beer&Bio, Cider&Bio and Spirit&Bio.
During the fair, SudVinBio mandates Ecocert to control the compliance of the products presented with the organic regulation.
