80% export to importers/distributers 20% in Greece to HORECA + individuals

Who are your main customers?

We export 80% of our production to importers in French, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Netherlands, Cyprus and Austria

What is the image of organic wine on the Greek market?

We see more and more wineries starting to produce organic wines and also an increase of interest from the consumers. Organic wines are considered slightly expensive but not overpriced.

You participated in Millésime Bio 6 times. What are the elements that explain this loyalty to the fair?

We consider Millésime Bio as the best organic wine fair for international buyers. We found many of our partners at Millésime Bio and it is a fix date in our calendar. We like the concept of the fair with everyone having the same booth. That’s why we always come back to show our newest vintages.

What was your objective: to meet new customers? current customers? better understand the market?

We come to Millésime Bio to meet new customers and to have follow up meetings with our current customers. We receive direct feedback for our new vintages from the visitors at our booth.

Were you satisfied with your participation?

Yes we were satisfied with our participation in 2020. We had some good contacts.

Can you share with us your greatest business success at the fair, your best memory?

We found many of our clients at the fair and created success stories together but the best memories are the contacts with other organic wine producers from other countries. Over the years we have become friends and we exchange ideas and experiences and we meet every year again the Millésime Bio. This international exchange is very important for us.

What are your objectives for the next Millésime Bio fair?

With covid-19 we don’t have any objectives at the moment.

I assume the Covid-19 health crisis is a difficult time for you. Do you have any particular expectations related to this situation?

With restaurants shut down all over the world and social distancing in place we believe that all the wine industry is going through a difficult time. As a winery we proceed with new ideas, new market channels and different approaches to bring our wines to the consumer. This crisis is far from over and we observe the situation closely and adapt our strategies accordingly.
