I came to the Millésime Bio fair in 2019 for the first time.

Why did you choose to come? What was your objective: to source wines? Better understand the market and the offer?

I came to the fair to source wine.

How many days did you stay?

I stayed for 2 days and managed to do mostly everything I had planned to do.

What do you think of the Millésime Bio fair?

It is an excellent fair! One of my favourites!

What are its strengths? What do you enjoy most?

To be able to talk with the winemaker directly

What did you think of the self-service tasting area? the Challenge Millésime Bio area?

Both the self-service tasting area and the Challenge Millésime Bio area are very efficient to choose the wines.

What is the current market for organic wine in Japan? What is the trend?

Many Japanese customers have a big interest in organic wine. The restaurants that have organic wines on their wine list are very popular in Tokyo. 

Do you plan on coming back next year?

Absolutely yes!
