Nez expressif sur le fruit qui rappelle les baies sauvages, la groseille et le cassis. Les jeunes Grenaches se révèlent à travers des tanins présents mais souples qui offrent un beau grain en bouche. L’expression de la Syrah se fait en finale avec une note légèrement poivrée qui donne du caractère à ce vin tout en fraîcheur.
