Ce Riesling Muehlforst 2021 présente une robe jaune brillante aux reflets dorés. Le nez présente une complexité : écorces d'agrumes, quelques notes de mimosa beaucoup de minéralité. En bouche, l’attaque est puissante dévoile progressivement un vin plein, profond sur une belle tension. Une salinité persistante de la longueur en fin de bouche. Les amateurs de Riesling seront séduits par ce vin pendant de longues années.
